1. Click your start menu and just start typing the word printer.
2. Then select Printers and scanners.
3. In the page that opens locate the printer you need to add the print code too.
4. Click it once to go into its settings.
5. Choose More devices and printer settings at the bottom and it will open a new page
6. Right click select Printing Preferences.
7. In the new box go to the top middle tab click to select Detailed settings
8. On this tab in the middle box choose job set up
9. Then enter the user print code in the User Code box
10. Click apply and then ok
11. Now right click your printer and set as your default printer if this is the printer you want as your default.
*If you are unsure of your print code, first you should ask your department secretary, second try your supervisor, and the last option would be the business office mailroom clerk.
