HOW TO SHARE A CALENDAR IN OUTLOOK (New)
First verify
that you are in the “New” version of Outlook. If you are not, you can toggle the New Outlook in the upper right hand
corner of your app screen.
Make sure that you are in Calendar view by clicking on the calendar icon.
Click on the Share button at the
top center of your screen and choose which calendar you would like to share.
Enter the email address of the person/group you would like to share with and
determine what you would like them to see.
You will need to SELECT the populated email address
from the list. It will NOT work if you just type the entire
address.
